Small Circle

When building something it is very important that you keep a small circle.  This can mean a lot to your future development.  A small circle can be the difference between success and failure.  

They say that your network is your net worth.  I truly agree. Keeping a small circle is not challenging that phrase, it is simply saying that you must keep your ideas as well as strategies to yourself or limited to a few others that are trustworthy. 

With this in mind, the purpose is to protect the information that may be very substantial or vital to your own personal goals.  As you learn from others’ mistakes that have come before you, people divulge or share things that they can use as leverage to manipulate a more powerful position for themselves.  

With that in mind, it is key that you hold onto your most prized possession such as thoughts and ideas that have not received a Patton, Trademark, or Copyright.  These are some of the things that will protect you and help you succeed.

Remember a small circle is a few trustworthy people.  Look around the room how many people are trustworthy enough to be in your small circle?
