Invest in Yourself
Most times people are looking for others to invest into their business or ideas. This may be a good strategy if you do not have the finances to do it yourself. However, to find investors you must show them that you have the potential to return their investment within a timely manner, usually with a pre negotiated interest rate. To avoid penalty, I encourage you to tackle small things first before looking into an investor.
This means that you should start a small budget for things that you may be able to afford on your own. No matter how big or small the project, take the time to write down the things that may be achievable, if you discipline yourself enough to cut down costs and avoid any interest rate penalties.
